PHSE at the POLIMI School of Management Observatory on Healthcare Logistics

PHSE was proud to participate in the conference “Collaborating in Healthcare Logistics, between Artificial and Human Intelligence”, promoted by POLIMI School of Management – Osservatorio Contract Logistics.

During the conference, Gianluca Meneguzzi shared PHSE’s vision on international expansion, clearly outlining the principles that have guided the company’s growth beyond national borders:

PHSE did not expand internationally to increase its volume or pursue growth for its own sake. It did so to protect and expand its core business and make operational excellence a global standard. Scaling the business does not mean increasing turnover or acquiring more customers, but first and foremost retaining existing customers by seeking to satisfy them in all the areas and needs that may arise. It means standardising and creating the same compliance processes in all countries where you operate and, above all, it means controlling the entire cold chain, being sure of what you do and how you do it. Finally, internationalisation means giving yourself a well-defined strategic positioning, a clear soul and consistency that you must never compromise on.” This perspective reflects PHSE’s long-term approach to internationalisation: not as an end in itself, but as a way to reinforce quality, ensure full control of the cold chain and deliver the same high standards of compliance and operational excellence across all geographies.
A sincere thank you to the organizers and to all participants for the valuable insights and discussions.
