PHSE, a leading global group in temperature-controlled and time critical pharmaceutical logistics, announces that today it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Sat Cargo Srl, a company specialized in international (import and export) temperature-controlled transport of pharmaceuticals, animal healths products and food supplements, with storage and “cross docking” activities at its temperature-controlled warehouse in Lainate (MI), operating at +2/+8 °C and +15/+25 °C and covering approximately 5,000 sqm.
This transaction represents a strategic step for PHSE in strengthening its position in the “Pharma and Healthcare” global forwarding segment, one of the Group’s main development directions, alongside the growth in the radiopharmaceutical sector.
Sat Cargo’s deep expertise in international transport, carried out mainly by air and sea, fits perfectly with PHSE’s operations and will benefit from the strength of the Group’s international network, currently present in 9 countries.
PHSE expects to reach consolidated revenues of €120–130 million in 2025, further strengthening its leadership in the sector
