We are pleased to share our 𝗘𝗦𝗚 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, highlighting the progress PHSE achieved across sustainability, innovation and people.
In 2024, we continued to invest in 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝟰.𝟬, strengthening our supply chain through advanced tracking, control towers and the use of 𝗥𝗙𝗜𝗗 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆. This innovation not only improves visibility and control across pharmaceutical transport, but also contributes to more 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 operations, supporting the 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗢₂ 𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and the overall environmental impact of our transports.
𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼. Over the year, we delivered more than 𝟯,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, further increasing our investment in skills development compared to the previous year. On 14 December, we also hosted our 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗛𝗦𝗘 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮 𝗛𝘂𝗯, opening our doors to employees and their families and reinforcing our commitment to a people-centered culture. Following the achievement of our 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, we are continuing to work on our 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 aimed at promoting a strong and inclusive culture of gender equality across the organization.
Our commitment extended beyond the company as well. Throughout 2024, PHSE supported social initiatives, including “𝗔 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘇𝘇𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲” for pediatric hospitals and donations to the research organization 𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗖.
